How does the Diamond Concierge service work?
Diamond Concierge is a done-for-you outbound prospecting service layered on top of full Diamond Engine access. This includes unlimited access to the Diamond Engine platform plus a dedicated concierge team that handles list building, outreach strategy, email sequencing, automation, and ongoing execution on your behalf.
How much does the Diamond Concierge cost?
The Diamond programs costs $1,500 per plus a one-time Concierge setup fee of $1,000 (billed separately), followed by a $1,500 monthly membership.
You could hire a virtual assistant, and they would need to learn how to research opportunities and create an effective email marketing automation system. OR... you can become a Diamond Concierge member and let an experienced team do the work for you. We generate the qualified leads and then you close the deals.
What happens during onboarding?
Onboarding is a collaborative process designed to ensure outreach is accurate, authentic, and aligned with your positioning. We take time to understand your topics, experience, marketing assets, ideal audiences, and speaking goals. This allows us to create messaging that sounds like you—not a generic campaign.
How is email outreach handled?
We create a dedicated sending domain and email address specifically for your outreach, configure it correctly, and warm it up to ensure proper deliverability. Each month, our team researches and emails qualified prospects on your behalf using professional, personalized messaging designed to start real conversations.
How do I receive responses from interested prospects?
All outreach is sent from your dedicated email address, and responses go directly to you. When a planner or decision-maker expresses interest, you take over the conversation to qualify, negotiate, and close the opportunity.
Do you take a commission or percentage of my bookings?
No. Diamond Concierge does not take commissions, success fees, or percentages of any business you book. You keep 100% of the revenue from any speaking engagements generated through the program.
How much ongoing involvement is required from me?
Very little. After onboarding, your primary responsibility is responding to interested prospects and closing opportunities. The concierge team handles all research, list building, email execution, and follow-up automation.
Can I still use the Diamond Engine myself?
Absolutely - and you absolutely should! You retain full access to the Diamond Engine and all its tools at all times. Many members use the platform to prepare for calls, research prospects, or pursue additional opportunities independently while the concierge team manages consistent outbound outreach.
Can anyone join the Diamond Concierge Program?
No. Access is by invite only and limited to established professional speakers earning a minimum of $10,000 per keynote. In addition, applicants must demonstrate strong positioning, professional marketing assets (including a high-quality speaking video and website), and be a good fit for a partnership-based program.
If I am able to join the Diamond Concierge Program, can I invite others?
Not directly. However, you may refer another speaker for consideration. Each referral is reviewed individually, and acceptance is based on speaker quality, experience level, and available capacity within the program.
Is there any other reason someone might not be accepted?
Yes. Membership is intentionally limited to ensure quality outreach, proper deliverability, and positive experiences for conference decision-makers. Speakers are also expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically; violations of accepted professional standards may result in termination of membership.
Why do you limit membership?
Because Diamond Concierge includes done-for-you outreach using proprietary databases, we strictly limit capacity to maintain deliverability, relevance, and effectiveness. This is not a mass-marketing system. It is designed to support a small group of high-level speakers with consistent, professional prospecting executed on their behalf. Plus, we want to make sure that the event planners in our database are not receiving too many messages from too many speakers. Their job is to find great speakers, and that are the only ones in the Diamond program so we're doing the work for them too!
How do you choose who can become a member?
Members are accepted based on speaker experience, earnings level, quality of marketing materials, and overall fit for the program. Selection is not based on topic exclusivity but on ensuring we can properly support each member and deliver a high standard of outreach execution.
How does access to the Diamond Intel Engine work?
Your membership begins immediately upon acceptance. You receive unlimited access to the full Diamond Intel Engine, including all databases, tools, AI features, and training resources, for as long as your membership remains active. You will also schedule a time with the outreach team to begin your email set-up system, and crafting your message.
Do I have to pay more when new features are released?
No. Your membership includes access to all current and future Diamond Engine features. As long as you remain an active member, you will continue to receive updates and enhancements without additional charges.
How do I cancel my membership if I decide it’s not a fit?
There is a three-month commitment so your concierge can conduct your research and begin your outreach. After the three months, you may cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts. Once canceled, future monthly payments will stop, and concierge services will conclude at the end of the current billing period.
Can I still create and download lists using the Intel Engine?
Yes. Members retain full access to the Diamond Engine’s list-building and research capabilities. In addition, our team handles list creation and outreach execution for you as part of the concierge service.
How accurate is the data used for outreach?
As with any data-driven system, absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed. However, we continuously verify and update our proprietary databases. Members can reasonably expect that a significant majority of contact information is accurate and usable, with ongoing improvements made weekly. In addition, as the Diamond Concierge team is emailing on your behalf, we manage all bounce backs and unsubscribes.
How often is the information updated?
Conference data spans multiple years, as conferences are often recurring annually or biennially, and new events are added regularly. We update the database with around 500 new leads every month. AI-powered research features pull from the most current publicly available sources online.

Is this a long-term contract?
